PVDF Pellets for Injection Moulding

Z-1 PVDF pellets for injection molding have lower melting viscosity, it is more suitable for manufacturing PVDF finished products by injection molding.
Z-1 PVDF injection grade as raw materials, the finished products has excellent mechanical strength and tenacity, It can not be eroded by acid, alkali, strong oxidant, halogens, good durability to aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohol, aldehyde etc, In the work of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, dilute alkali liquor, dense alkali liquor(40%) and 100deg. C temperature, its performance not be changed. Others, Z-1 PVDF finished products has the properties of y-Ray resistant, UV resistant, and durability in wide temperature range.
Application:manufacture PVDF pall ring, PVDF teller rosette ring, PVDF valves etc.
